Corporate / Commercial 1+PQE Solicitor -

Our client is a leading South Wales high street firm based just outside Cardiff city centre, which is focused on Business and Private legal services for an interesting varied client base.

They are looking for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer 1+yrs PQE to work in direct support of the Partner. The work will involve interesting work for both sales and purchases of businesses, shareholder agreements as well as associate agreements, terms and conditions and some general contract work.

Suitable candidates will come from relatively junior solicitors with a good level of self-confidence and an appetite to learn. Being part of a smaller outfit in Cardiff should provide a decent work life balance and different outlook for anyone coming from a larger city centre firm who might be looking for a change of pace.

The firm offers an interesting specialist client focus which relies on strong referral relationships and so anyone interested needs to have decent interpersonal skills and high levels of client service, but this firm has work and so they're not needing a following.
