Chadwick Nott are currently working on behalf of a top 100 UK law firm in the West Midlands who are actively seeking experienced Conveyancing Executives to join one of the fastest growing Real Estate teams in the area and work with a large number of leading clients.
The ideal candidate will be confident in running their own plot sales caseload independently and handling all aspects of the sales process within residential building. The role involves working closely with senior fee earners and partners for a number of national PLC developers. You will have great attention to detail and be confident in the use of case management systems and building new relationships. You will also have the ability to contribute to and help develop the expertise of the team as a collective.
