Conveyancer - Northampton - Competitive

My client is an award winning firm with a network of offices across the country. They are currently seeking for an exceptional paralegal to join their Private Client Conveyancing Team in the Midlands.

The role would require you to handle your own conveyancing caseload from inception to closure with minimal supervision from your supervisor. You will be able to deal with pre contract enquiries and refer more complex enquiries to the relevant senior individual. Throughout your role, you will ensure that your files are kept in order and issue regular reports to clients. You will also have a chance to take on extra responsibility in supporting the training of assistant case handlers. The successful individual will know the clear distinctions between freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered transactions and will be technically competent in handling such matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-12 months Residential Conveyancing experience including post completion work. The ability to demonstrate initiative and excellent client care skills is also highly sought after.
