This fast growing client, has a requirement for an experienced employment solicitor to take on a lead role to further the growth of their already fantastic employment department.
You will have extensive experience of both providing both contentious and non-contentious employment advice for respondents and be prepared to take on a busy caseload due to a expansion within the busy employment team.
The employment market seems to have been making a small resurgence of late but roles at this level have proven somewhat elusive over the course of the last eighteen months.
This is a role that would provide an ambitious associate the springboard necessary to move upwards within an organisation that rewards dynamism and results as opposed to just length of service.
