Are you a legal secretary or paralegal with experience in either Corporate, Commercial or Banking departments?

This is a great opportunity for a commercially astute Corporate legal secretary or paralegal to work with an Internationally renowned and award winning law firm, who prides itself on its development of staff.
Based near Gatwick,you would be an integral member of this close knit, Corporate and Banking team, providing first class service to all clients. This position requires a real breadth of experience and skills across the Corporate sector, these may have been gained through working as a legal secretary or paralegal. The team are determined to find the right person for this position and will consider people from various backgrounds as long as they have experience that is current and relevant. Working in this fast paced environment means that no two days will be the same with a typical day including;
Providing secretarial support including proof reading,diary management, audio typing and carrying out company searches.
Using track changes and comparison software.
Supporting new joiners and carrying out basic accounting/billing transactions
You will need to be flexible and committed in your attitude to work, with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
