FINANCE LAWYER - Real Estate - Commercial property - Real Estate Finance - NY firm - LONDON - 1-4 pqe
Our client is an impressive NY based firm with an established European presence and impressive Real Estate team in London. This dynamic US firm is going through a sustained period of growth in the london office so they are seeking a talented UK qualified commercial property associate with 1-4 years post qualified experience to join the Real Estate team and to work across corporate and investment property acquisitions and disposals.
In keeping with the rest of the high profile team, you will have stellar academics and US, magic/silver circle firm real estate and real estate finance experience. Any experience of real estate loan portfolio acquisitions would also be helpful. The successful real estate candidate will be interested in focusing on advising US and European financial investors (primarily opportunity and private equity funds) and have ambition, tenacity and a commercial approach. You will be offered training and support and NY rates of compensation.
