We have a strong record of success with this international law firm client. The market leading Private Equity Group is undergoing strategic growth in London, as well as globally. They are interested in speaking with an ambitious corporate lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience in Private Equity, gained whilst with a top tier UK or US firm. You will need to be technically strong and have the desire and motivation to play a key role in building a practice and be someone who is keen to make partner down the track.

The successful candidate will be offered challenging work on multi-jurisdictional transactions. The firm represents private equity institutions, management teams, debt providers and, portfolio companies through all stages of the private equity life cycle. Lawyers are expected to display excellent sector knowledge and the flair and passion of the firms clients. You will be offered excellent training, development and career growth in a team where prospects are good given the firms strategic growth in London.
