Experienced Residential Conveyancer
Residential Conveyancing opportunity. Fantastic opportunity to work for a highly reputable full service law firm. My client, a leading North East based law firm with over 60 years of experience, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its very successful Residential Property department in lovely offices based in a desirable area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The role will involve working within a busy residential conveyancing department. You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion, in areas incorporating but not limited to: sales and purchases; re-mortgages; transfers of equity and; right to buy to include more complex matters.
You will currently be an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience in managing your own varied caseload of residential property transactions.
