Trademark Attorney (any level), FTC, London

Our client, a well-regarded City firm, is looking to hire a trade mark attorney to join their IP team in London to cover an existing employee's maternity leave, beginning in April 2017.

The role will focus on brands work, advising on matters including TM clearance searching, watch notices, portfolio management and UK and EU TM oppositions. In addition to this, you will be involved in the filing and prosecution of TM Applications, drafting submissions and witness statements before the UK and EU IP Offices.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, as well significant experience as a trade mark attorney with exposure to brands work. They will be articulate and approachable, with a demonstrable history of building lasting relationships with clients.
