Barrister - Muscat Oman

A distinguished Barrister / Arbitration Lawyer is sought after for a Senior level role within an award winning Oman office. Having attracted a number of talented individuals of late (including those with particular expertise in PPP work), my clients are looking to further enhance their presence in the Middle East region with the appoint of a senior Barrister / Arbitration Lawyer. 

MLR are currently partnering with one of the Middle East's most well respected law firms in order to assist them with the expansion of their top tier Litigation practice. As such, we are actively inviting interest from UK Bar admitted Barristers looking to relocate and practice in the Middle East. 

This Barrister / Arbitration Lawyer role is open to those individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience gained either in the UK or another common law jurisdiction. Your career to date should include (but not be limited to):

• Demonstrable and enviable track record of handling both arbitration and litigation
• General commercial awareness of alternative dispute resolutions
• Experience in either
  • Employment
  • Real estate
  • Construction

The chosen Barrister / Arbitration Lawyer will not only be joining one of the Middle East's most well respected law firms, but will also be given the chance to act on and advise on some of the regions most high profile, complex cases to date.

The firm has an equal split of both domestic and international clients spanning across a range of industry sectors including banking & finance, employment, construction & engineering and real estate to name but a few.
