Highly regarded practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a minimum of six months!

The Role
We are now actively seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in the Poole area, for a fixed term contract to start immediately. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Lawyer will oversee the day to day manage of the team alongside a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. Areas will include: sales and purchases; transfer of equity; shared ownership; remortgages; buy to let and; lease extensions. Keen to get involved with business development and marketing, the successful Lawyer will maintain client and professional relationships and participate in initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years’ PQE gained within Residential Conveyancing;
You will be available for a minimum of six months, starting immediately;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
