Health & Safety Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE)

Top tier law firm, which is recognised as a market-leader within the fields of White Collar Crime and Health & Safety Law, seeks a junior Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join their Business Crime & Regulation department.

Working in a team that deals primarily with Health & Safety law, the successful candidate will undertake a range of Health & Safety work, including corporate manslaughter, as well as other regulatory offences, financial crime and cyber crime.

The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner who is recognised as a leading individual within the field of Health & Safety Law and will specialise in defending corporations, directors and senior managers.

We are looking to hear from either Solicitors or junior Barristers, who have:

• an excellent academic background and an analytical mind;
• an in-depth understanding of criminal/regulatory investigations and prosecutions e.g. by the police, HSE, EA, local authorities, SFO and FCA;
• experience in some or all the relevant practice areas outlined above;
• experience of advising companies and individuals;
• a keen desire to work in this area of law.
