Corporate Solicitor, admitted in England & Wales, minimum three years’ corporate experience – varied workload of high-quality international corporate transactions. BVI.
This international offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate solicitor to take on what will be a key role in a growing team. You can expect to handle a variety of transactional work, including some elements of banking & finance and funds. You will also play an integral role in business development. In order to be considered, you must be admitted in England & Wales and you are likely to have at least three years’ PQE gained in a good corporate law firm.
