THE ROLE
As a result of an increase in work, the Banking & Finance practice group is looking to expand and hire a managing associate.
You will be joining a collegial team led by a relatively new partner to the firm.
ABOUT YOU
An England & Wales qualified banking and finance lawyer, you will have 4-6PQE.
To be considered for this role you will have a broad based finance/banking background.
This should include experience in acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance and in particular, project finance.
A strong academic background with excellent technical legal skills gained at a top UK or US firm are essential to this role together with experience in managing junior associates and/or trainees as well as delegating work.
