Are you a commercial solicitor with a minimum of 5yrs PQE who would like to work for a Legal 200 firm in Crawley? This opportunity offers excellent career development opportunities and high quality City level work.
As part of this successful Commercial department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading agreements alongside purchase, supply and manufacturing agreements including joint ventures.
You will have a strong commercial approach and excellent knowledge and experience in IT/IP contracts.
