Real Estate Development Associate

A large regional law Firm which consistently inside the UK Top 100 Firms is seeking a Real Estate Associate with solid experience in development work to join their high performing team in Manchester.

As Real Estate Associate you will work closely with Partners on traditional Commercial Property transactions covering development, acquisitions and disposals, and general landlord & tenant work. You'll be afforded the opportuntiy to provide first class tailored advice to a host of clients drawn from across the market, including FTSE 250 business, as well as receiving 1st class tuition from Chambers rated Partners.

As an award winning, Legal 500 ranked regional law firm my client is continuing to make key hires as it looks to gain market share across its services for business and the individual. Salary is extremely competitive for the region.

Applications are invited from dynamic, business minded Real Estate Solicitors looking to get closer to the deals and boost their careers in a friendly and supportive legal environment. Candidates should possess at least 3 years PQE managing Commercial Property matters in a regional or national setting and be confident in the abilities they have picked up so far. Candidates with exposure to Property Finance in respect of development are particularly desirable, although this is not essential.
