Fantastic London law firm is looking to recruit a new HR Manager to develop, implement and drive forward the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy.  The role will require candidates to work 3 days per week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays a must with flexibility on the third working day as per the new hire’s preference.  Responsibilities will include developing and driving forward the firm’s diversity strategy, providing advice on diversity and inclusion issues, reviewing and developing HR policies and practices to ensure they promote diversity, planning and attending all internal and external events associated with promoting diversity in the workplace, overseeing the diversity budget, conducting regular reviews of the effectiveness of the firm’s diversity strategy and producing reports on this to the Management Board, arranging quarterly meetings of the diversity forum, collating the firm’s diversity statistics, producing diversity information required for internal projects and client pitches, maintaining the firm’s internal diversity intranet, ensuring that diversity is embedded in the full recruitment cycle and any other ad hoc projects when required.  Applicants must have previous diversity experience at managerial level and be CIPD qualified.  Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have a professional approach to work.  Standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required as there may often be the possibility of overtime.
