A regional Heavyweight law firm based in Kent and the City has an excellent reputation in commercial property law across the region. The team is ranked in the chambers and legal 500 ratings with notable commercial property individuals. An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with circa 1-5 years PQE to join this leading Real Estate team working at their Kings Hill office.

The firm has experienced considerable growth in all its key services and its commercial property team operate across a diverse range of work including, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for household name brands. As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will work with a variety of expert partners and senior lawyers on complex matters. As such the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate technical experience in a variety of Real estate matters. This role suits an ambitious individual who is looking to join a reputable firm with a strong team culture and excellent career prospects.

The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong, they will be a confident and personable individual. You will have strong academics and likely be working at a regional or City firm.
