Excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years experience of working within a residential property department to join the team of one of the regions most well respected law firms.

Working out of the firms Corby office you will work closely alongside the other fee earner within the department and you will be expected to deal with all stages of the process and be exposed to a varied caseload covering all areas of residential property work.

Therefore you must have a good grasp of the conveyancing process from start to finish and be able to deal with all stages of a conveyancing transaction. You will become an essential part of the team right from day 1 as part of a small team and so it is essential that not only are you able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role previously but you must be a confident and clear communicator as you will have lots of direct contact with clients both in person and over the telephone.
