An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding legal practice in York on a permanent basis. The firm is looking for a Private Client Fee-Earner with STEP qualification dealing with Wills, Probate & Trust matters.
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with a mixed caseload of private client work
- Responsible for all non-contentious matters
- Handling wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate administration
- Using the Osprey case management system
The firm is very client focused and all work is team based. They are ideally looking for someone who is STEP qualified or has started the process to STEP qualification.
