Outstanding West End firm require an associate to join their highly regarded Corporate department.

The Corporate team at this leading West End practice provides an excellent offering to major national and international clients. The team has continued to expand its presence in the London market, regularly competing with City counterparts for high-calibre work. An additional associate at 3-5 PQE is now required to join the department.

The successful applicant will enjoy exposure to a broad range of Corporate work, including M&A and Private Equity deals, as well as AIM market and general Corporate Finance transactions. You will benefit from working directly with highly-rated partners, and will enjoy a work/life balance that eludes the majority of City firms.

Applicants should have gained solid experience within a recognised Corporate team at either a leading City, International, or Regional practice.
