Private Client - Senior Associate

This very highly regarded mid-tier practice boast an excellent offering in Private Client. Acting for a broad range of HNW and UHNW clients, the team's work derives from multiple international sources. The department advises clients on the full range of Private Client matters, with a particularly strong offering in relation to international tax work. This includes inheritance, capital gains, and income tax mitigation, as well as trusts and estate planning.

The department now has an urgent need for a Senior Associate with strong experience in the full spectrum of Private Client work, ideally with experience in acting for non-domiciled individuals. The successful applicant should have gained their experience within a recognised Private Client team at either a leading City, National, or Boutique practice, and will be keen to contribute to the overall development of the department, both through their own technical ability, and as a reference point for more junior fee earners.
