Costs Draftsman

Costs Draftsperson required by top-tier Insurance practice.

Working as part of a large, dedicated team of Costs Draftspeople and Negotiators, the successful applicant will be involved in drafting of high-value bills of costs, ranging up to £1million in value.

Applicants should have gained strong experience in drafting across a range of disciplines, and be able to demonstrate a track record of negotiation, preparations of claims, and submission to opposing solicitors and courts. Some experience of Costs advocacy would also be an advantage in this role. The ideal candidate will either already by ALCD qualified, or be working towards achieving this qualification.
