Corporate Associate, 3-6 PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire an associate or senior associate to join their Corporate team in London.
The role will involve advising on a wide range of corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions (including those transactions relating to energy), private equity and equity capital markets. You will also contribute to the firm's business development activities, developing relationships with clients across the world.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and have trained at a comparable firm. They will have excellent experience in any of the relevant practice areas, and be able to demonstrate the ability to understand the commercial implications of legal advice.
