A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up an established Property team in Liverpool City Centre.
The firm in question deal with a range of real estate matters acting on behalf of high net worth clients and are seeking an experienced Solicitor to head up the team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5/6 years PQE and be looking for that next step in their career.
A client following is not essential as there is already a large existing caseload.
As well as managing the team you will be dealing with a varied caseload consisting of secure lending, development, landlord & tenant, commercial investment & leases.
