A Defendant RTA Fee Earner/Paralegal is required by my client, a distinguished and market leading Personal Injury firm in Birkenhead. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading private practice Insurance teams in Merseyside handling quality litigated Defendant RTA matters outside of the more recognised Defendant Insurance practices.
The team continues to grow and in line with their ongoing expansion plans they require an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner to handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims. Working in this supportive environment you will be tasked with dealing with fast and multi track RTA claims proactively and in line with the firm's outstanding client service standards. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years' Defendant experience, ideally with demonstrable experience in handling litigated matters.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary (up to £30k) and benefits including 25 days holidays.
