Well known regional firm are now looking to strengthen their Corporate Law provision with the appointment of a solicitor, ideally with 2+ years PQE.

You will have trained and gained experience at a comparable city or large regional firm and be looking to make an impact with a trusted name at this next vital stage of your career.

On offer is a wide variety of Corporate Law matters. Any background in commercial and technology agreements, optional/ distributon agreements, shareholder agreements, IT law or intellectual property law specifically would be of interest to the firm.

The firm are not looking for corporate solicitors from a banking or corporate finance background. It's someone with a commitment towards commercial matters that is required here.

Relocators will be considered however you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the East Midlands.
