The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join a specialist team based in Milton Keynes. Advising clients including large organisations, small independent businesses and PLCs, the successful Solicitor will manage a busy and varied caseload to include: buying and selling businesses; shareholder agreements; corporate finance; joint ventures; intellectual property and; business start-ups. Keen to further develop this successful department you will actively immerse yourself within business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships.
