Our client has a fantastic reputation in the local market. With a vibrant property department, a new role has developed and they are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Wells.

You will be a lawyer, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with not less than two years experience and be comfortable running your own busy case load from start to finish. Ideally, you will possess the legal & technical knowledge and skills to carry out all aspects of the conveyancing process, whether it be sale, purchase or re-mortgage. This is a great opportunity to join a leading practice and be part of its future development and growth. Given that this is a new role, you will be offered the opportunity to establish yourself in your field and make a name for yourself in the local community.
