In House Counsel - Commercial

Our client is a high profile online gaming company with an instantly recognisable brand based in London. They are currently looking for a Corporate or Commercial Lawyer with c.2-4 years' PQE to join their legal team in a broad commercial role. 

The responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts as well as advising on IT agreements, IP, sales and marketing matters, as well as data protection.

The successful candidate will have trained with a well-regarded law firm or regional equivalent and have gained substantial corporate/commercial experience, or they will already be in-house in a commercial role.

This role would suit an individual who is solution-orientated and commercial. The appointee will be collegiate, eager to undertake a diverse range of work, entrusted to escalate matters as appropriate and able to operate with relative autonomy. You will be rewarded with excellent quality legal work, a supportive, high calibre and goal-aligned legal team and the opportunity to work in close proximity to this business.
