My client is a small-medium sized firm based just outside Cardiff City Centre. The firm has 4 partners and 8 other fee earners with 5 support staff.

They are seeking a corporate commercial lawyer 1-3 pqe to join their busy and expanding practice. The team is comprised of 1 partner, 1 associate and a trainee. Despite the firms size the quality of work is high and the team are listed in the legal directories for their expertise in this area. The partners in this team all came from well-respected larger South Wales firms. they have a broad client base covering owner managed businesses, starts-ups, PLC's and LLP's.

The work involves the buying and disposal of companies, investment in private companies, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements and outsourcing contracts among other things.
