The team advises financial institutions, public and private companies, international investors and funds on a broad range of banking and financial services matters. The Partners are now looking for a technically astute finance lawyer to join the London team.

This role would suit a junior or mid level finance lawyer who is looking for an alternative to the bigger City practices, a lot of direct client contact and a myriad of finance, banking and regulatory work.

Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor and ideally have 2 to 4 years of experience at a City practice. You should have strong academics and a broad banking and finance skill set. You should be confident dealing with clients directly and have a keen interest in business development.
