A well established Personal Injury firm are looking to recruit an in-house Counsel to join their office in Manchester.
If you are an experienced Solicitor with current Practising Certificate then we would love to hear from you.
The role will be based in the firms Manchester Office and will include:
Dealing with block bookings at local Stage 3 MOJ Hearings
Organising Telephone conferences/applications
Dealing with Fast Track Trials
Drafting of court pleadings and court documents
Provide written advice on cases
In order to be considered for this role you will have previous experience working as Legal Counsel and will have a working knowledge of the CPR and JC Guidelines etc.
You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to work to deadlines.
