Our client, a top tier international firm, is looking for a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join their integrated Regulatory Team in London. The Team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, and although our client is recruiting a non-contentious FS Reg Lawyer, the incoming Associate will have the opportunity to get involved in both contentious and non-contentious work.
The FS Reg Team assists clients at all stages of the regulatory process, including: authorisations and issues surrounding corporate restructuring; compliance and risk management; and advice and representation during regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
The right candidate will have excellent academics and top tier experience gained in a common law jurisdiction such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Canada.
