A Housing Litigation Lawyer is required to join the team at this highly regarded high street firm in Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with housing experience to gain exposure to excellent quality work. The salary is competitive dependent on experience up to £42k.
My client is a highly regarded and long established multi service high street practice who are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner to head up their Housing Disrepair department as part of a planned expansion. You will manage your own Housing Disrepair caseload on behalf of Tenants from inception to conclusion and in due course the department will grow to take on additional fee earners and assistants. As the first through the door you will be the Head of Department and will be involved in the development and future growth of team.
Ideally you will be coming from a Housing Law background but those coming from a general civil litigation background that encompasses Housing Law will also be considered for the role. On a day to day basis you can expect to work on matters to include tenancy management advice, anti-social behaviour cases, injunctions, possession cases, disrepair cases and leasehold disputes.
For those keen to develop their career in the area of Housing Law, this could be the opportunity for you.
