Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - HNW Tax & Trusts

A very well regarded Legal 500 listed national practice wishes to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to its Private Client Team and be based at the firms' office in Sutton Coldfield.

Located close to the railway station and easily commutable by car from Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and Walsall, the practice specialises in a broad number of practice areas to include private client, family, corporate, commercial and property and has over 20 offices throughout the country offering national coverage to a number of household name commercial entities and individuals alike.

You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE or you will be a FCILEx with equivalent experience and will handle a broad variety of wills, estates and trusts on behalf of high net worth clients which will include tax and trust work, will drafting and estate administration. You will not simply deal with relatively straight forward matters as much of the work will comprise complex subject matter such as dealing with high value financial structures.

As a senior member of the team you will be expected to be a technical referral point to more junior members and in due course there is scope for you to progress within the firm's structure, particularly as the Private Client Team office grows.

You will report directly to the Head of the Private Client Team and you will be enthusiastic about business development and marketing the department so there is massive scope for progression for someone with an appetite for growing the firm's offering.

This is not limited to being an office based role and there will be an abundance of opportunities for face to face client engagement both within and out of the office.
