Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

A long established multi-office regional practice wishes to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to its Private Client Team and be based at the firms' Walsall office in a senior role.

The practice is a full service Legal 500 listed firm which has offices across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and is renowned for offering the complete range of legal services to both individuals and commercial entities within its geographic reach.

You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE or you will be a Legal Executive with equivalent standing and will have experience of handling a broad variety of general wills and probate cases right through to dealing with estates and trusts on behalf of affluent clients which will include tax and trust work, will drafting and estate administration.

You will report directly to the Head of the Private Client Team and you will be enthusiastic about business development and marketing the department so there is massive scope for progression for someone with an appetite for growing the firm's offering.

This is not limited to being an office based role and there will be an abundance of opportunities for face to face client engagement both within and out of the office.

Whilst the firm is very keen to promote progression, it strives to maintain a relaxed and friendly environment so this is a great opportunity for those who might feel that progression opportunities are limited in their current role, particularly as there will be significant opportunities to grow the department by undertaking a variety of business development initiatives.
