Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a traditional firm based in Lancaster?
Are you looking for a firm that can offer excellent scope for career progression together with a supportive and friendly working environment?
This opportunity would suit an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who either currently resides in the area, or indeed, someone who has the desire to relocate to the area.
Your role will be to run an autonomous caseload of the full range of residential property matters including; Sales, Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity on both freehold and leasehold properties.
