Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
A firmly established high street practice is undergoing a period of expansion following a successful merger and is now growing its Private Client Team so is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
This role is based at the practices' office in the historic market town of Tamworth which is within easy reach of a host of transport links and is commutable from Birmingham, Lichfield, Coventry and Nuneaton.
The firm currently has 15 solicitors at the practice and is renowned locally as a strong player in the market, offering specialist advice across the full spectrum of disciplines.
You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience of working in the private client sector and will be well versed in dealing with wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, estate administration and Court of Protection work.
It would be advantageous if you have experience in dealing with HNW tax and trusts matters and/or experience of agriculture, however, this is by no means crucial and the firm is open to providing training in these areas to those with solid private client experience.
The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package and also provides free on site parking. The environment is relaxed and the firm promotes an active social scene with regular team lunches and evenings out. As well as this, the firm not only shuts down between Christmas and New Year, it also closes on the Tuesdays after Bank Holiday Mondays thereby guaranteeing you an extended Bank Holiday Weekend break!
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor or legal executive to benefit from a dedicated and structured training plan which will significantly enhance your skill set and allow you to make the transition to dealing with complex and challenging HNW matters.
