My client is a national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK and they currently have a requirement for a 2-6 Yrs. PQE Commercial Property Associate to join their sizable Real Estate team based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The team has chambers and legal 500 rated individuals and an enviable client base providing top level commercial property work to high profile clientele.

This vacancy is for a 2-6 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team as a Commercial Property Associate. They operate across a diverse range of work including, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for household name brands. As a Commercial Property Associate, you will work with a variety of expert partners and senior lawyers on complex Commercial Property matters. Some development experience would be useful but not essential.

The successful Commercial Property Associate will be able to demonstrate strong technical experience in a variety of commercial property matters, you will have consistently strong academics and will have trained at a City or established regional firm.
