This is a great opportunity for an ambitious corporate paralegal to develop their career.
Profile
You will be a corporate paralegal with experience of carrying out company searches and summarising key information in company search reports; drafting and managing due diligence information requests; assisting with due diligence projects, including assistance with assembly and maintenance of online data rooms; drafting and amending project management plans (comprising a documents list, timetable and parties list) and drafting Companies Act 2006 related documentation and other corporate documentation (e.g. ancillary documents including board minutes, share transfer documents, shareholder resolutions etc.)
