Director of Operations

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a legal 100 firm with an excellent and long standing reputation in the market as their Director of Operations in their Bath office. This is a brand new role which has arisen through continuous growth experienced by the firm.

Working closely with the Executive Board, the Director of Operations will be responsible for setting firm wide operations strategy across the firm’s four offices and overseeing change management. This role will also come with budgetary responsibilities.

The Director of Operations will head up a team of approximately 30 staff, so strong leadership and management skills are essential. You will be experienced in recruitment & selection, appraisals, development and general management of the team to ensure it is providing effective and efficient services to the legal department.  

To be considered, it is essential you have senior level law firm operations experience, solid influencing skills in order to effect change amongst senior stakeholders, and strong line management skills.
