OUR CLIENT
An established financial services business seeks to recruit a project/asset finance solicitor NQ - 1 PQE to
join an expanding in house legal department
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to handle a varied workload woking alongside the Head of Legal
Assisting with the day-to-day management of project and asset finance transactions
Providing support in relation to the management/drafting of legal documents and compliance documents
Liaising with investment managers, borrowers and senior management and external legal counsel
Other work will cover; commercial contracts, risk management, changes and proposed developments in legislation
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must be self starters, UK qualified, with an impeccable track record ideally with a background in project finance/corporate or funds work
