The performance of our client's Commercial Property department over the past 10 years is a triumph to be heralded, where fee income has doubled, achieving, in percentage terms, sustained year on year growth coming in over budget in the most recent financial year. This growth provides a solid foundation and confidence in the ability of the business to succeed in continuing this growth.

The role

They are now looking to recruit a partner / designate with an interest and experience in transactional commercial property work. You will immerse yourself fully in the Swindon business community and the region's property professionals, including land agents and planners. For the right candidate, there is headroom for a Swindon based equity partner in commercial property and a great platform to continue to grow your practice. You will be supported in continuing to build your practice by a collegiate team of partners that have embraced a cohesive approach to cross selling, ensuring a successful integration of the clients you will bring across the firm.

You

You will be a partner or senior associate with a strong following and reputation in the commercial property market. With expertise in transactional property work, including strategic land and options related work, you will have confidence that your practice will further enhance the offering our client currently has in the market.

You will be used to playing a key role in achieving profitability objectives and encouraging both self-development and the development of your fellow partners. With a strategic approach to business planning and client development, you will be able to keep sight of the medium to long-term business goals while delivering in the short term.

Technically excellent, you will provide a strong lead to your team, ensuring high levels of client service and technical delivery are maintained. This is a tremendous opportunity in the current market to join an ambitious and consistency growing Commercial Property team where you can further develop your existing practice.
