A new opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who is keen to progress their career within Commercial Litigation.
The firm are established across the South and London ranked in Legal 500 for their commercial litigation department.
They are keen to secure a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has completed a seat during their training contract in litigation and can demonstrate a sound understanding of dispute resolution legislation, including Civil Procedure Rules and contractual tortious principles and remedies.
You will manage your own caseload as well as assisting on more complex matters ranging in; contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, construction disputes, clinical negligence and contentious probate.
