I am working with a US firm with a very strong international IP practice. Their practice is broad, and they primarily handle a healthy mix of work in the life science / technology sectors and have a leading reputation.
You will ideally come from a firm with similar stature, and have some impressive, complicated, and high profile cases on your resume. Their client base includes large pharma, tech, and medical device companies. It is important that you have experience with patent litigation in particular.
They are keen on speaking to junior to mid-level lawyers, and so it is likely that you will have at least 1 years PQE.
