Opportunity for a Personal Injury/ Medical Negligence Legal Executive to join one of Wiltshire's leading law firms.

Our client is looking for a Legal Executive to join their Personal Injury and Medical Negligence department in Chippenham. Our client is one of Wiltshire's leading law firms and have a brilliant local reputation. The workload will be varied and will include both serious Personal Injury and Medical Negligence claims. The successful candidate will also be required to get involved in the department's business development and marketing efforts. The firm offer a competitive salary based on experience.

Role requirements:

• Previous personal injury and medical negligence knowledge and experience of handling personal injury and medical negligence claims
• Thorough knowledge and experience of both the LV process and Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injuries.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the Pre-Action Protocol for the resolution of Clinical Disputes.
• Previous experience of online LV Portal.
• Previous experience of Multi-track work in both personal injury and medical negligence.
• Previous experience of litigated matters, including the ability to convert technical legal information into clear advice tailored to the individual.
