Fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor c3 year pqe+, to join one of the largest firms in Cornwall in their new offices, in the centre of Cornwall, to help further develop the Commercial Property department. You will be joining a well established, friendly team, which is going from strength to strength, and has in place the budget and the strategic ability to be one of the best commercial property teams in the Region.

You will be dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions for SME's and OMB's including landlord and tenant, residential development, agricultural, renewables, retail and development. With good support on offer, this is a great role where you will be an integral part to the team, and get involved in business development from day one.
