Residential Conveyancer

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded South Wales practise.

Based in the firms Cardiff office this is an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer / Senior Paralegal in the South Wales area to secure a role with an established team, working on a caseload of mortgage files.

The duties will include working on mortgage files from onset to completion including; checking title, advising clients on a variety of matters (leases, easements etc), completions, mortgage documents, releasing funds, and registrations. You will be tasked with being responsible for the more complex matters, providing advice to clients and reporting back on case statistics and MI.
