Personal Injury Solicitor

New opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join a progressive law firm in Worcestershire.

Your new company
You will be working for a specialist defendant insurance practice with multiple offices across England. The firm is a well-established and progressive private practice, which deals with insurance companies as well as corporate and public sector clients. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with a background in Personal Injury, to join their existing team based in Worcestershire.

Your new role
You will be working alongside the existing Personal Injury team and will manage your own caseload. This will primarily consist of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims. It is also expected that you will handle other litigated cases and other matters such as: drafting court applications, taking witness statements, as well as instructing experts and counsel.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar Personal Injury role will lead to your success. You'll come from a strong background of dealing with Personal Injury and will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has defendant PI experience. You will be specifically focusing on EL and PL cases, thus experience in this area would be ideal. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be a professional individual who takes a proactive approach.
